New changes on the border with Ukraine
From April 7, the Ukrainian side closes the border crossing Hrebenne-Rawa Ruska. Only cars and trucks will be able to cross the border in Dorohusk and Korczowa. Bus and pedestrian traffic will not be possible.
According to the information obtained from the Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, on April 6, 2020 from 23.00 (Warsaw time), the Ukrainian side will completely close the Hrebenne-Rawa Ruska border crossing.
However, at the border crossing Dorohusk-Jagodzin and Korczowa-Krakowiec, only passenger cars and freight traffic will be possible. Pedestrians and buses will be excluded.
Citizens of Ukraine who do not have their own means of transport will be able to return to the country only by train or plane. All persons having crossed the border will be subject to compulsory quarantine in specialist facilities for 14 days.
Due to the above restrictions introduced by the Ukrainian side, one should take into account the possibility of major difficulties in traveling to Ukraine.
